| The sky’s watery blanket drifted slowly upon the slumbering city. Layer after layer of warm droplets collided with the sun baked roofs of La Jolla. Soft lulling rhythms filled the muted sky with coaxing lullabies hummed softly by the lumbering gray clouds. The light pitter patter of the rains footsteps danced upon the cement, between the grass, and flowed down the ruts and holes following the orchestrated choreography of the wind. Inside, the methodic beat that dampened the earth dulled to a soft knock on the windows, roofs and doors. The sealed warmth roamed freely in the stolid fortresses of mortar and brick soothing the slumbering with a wrapping embrace of sleep. It wandered the room drawn intoxicatingly to nature’s ritual of dance and song only to be stopped inches from the waltz leaving only a gloss of fog on the invisible barrier as a wayward greeting to the rain. The pervading peace of still and calm hung delicately in a ceaseless cycle of quiet, only to be broken by the jarring buzz of an alarm….

On a sadder note. My dog died. =( While I was in college apparently too. I'll really miss him. Dogs, do they go to heaven?

BTW....VBS. tottally cool that i get to work there. tottally. I'm really glad i get to serve before i go to college. Thanks so much Trcay! I know i'm annoying and say a lot of wrong things and annoying fustrating things too (like this) but I'm really glad you allowed me to help out so much. its a true blessing. And I really think that the parents know what they're talking about when they say you do a good job. Cause you do.
